Sam was a teacher who taught April MacLean, (TV: The Lost) as well as Poppy, (PROSE: Joyride) how to play violin. He later introduced her at her first appearance at a show. He accompanied her performance of the song "The Lost" with his own violin. (TV: The Lost)
