Sandra was a female human who lived in the Powell Estate in the 21st century with her partner, Jason Overton.
According to Jackie Tyler, Sandra was kicked out of Slimming World for using KitKat fingers to scoop up low-fat hummus. As a result, her weight broke her kitchen sink as she attempted to fix her shower curtain. In light of this, the local council got out of fixing it by claiming she was responsible. On Christmas 2006, when Jason was possessed by Sycorax blood control, he walked to the roof and threatened to jump off. Sandra was scared, but relieved when the Tenth Doctor turned the control off.
