Scarrr
Admiral Scarrr was a pirate Sycorax who roamed the Plasma Seas of the planet Sirenia 7 with a crew of fellow Sycorax. Although a user traditional Sycorax weaponry, he uniquely looked, acted, and spoke like a traditional pirate, including wearing an eyepatch.

Scarrr commanded a giant pirate ship made of bones alongside a few other Sycorax as part of his quest to catch and land "the mighty Troutanicus". To this end, he had developed a fierce rivalry with Captain Polly and even hired a a spy to search for clues of its whereabouts or Polly's movements.
During the Tenth Doctor's quest to rescue Martha Jones from the Pyromeths, his first act was to charter Polly's sailing ship to try and catch Troutanicus, which caught Scarrr's attention, causing him to kill his spy with his death whip in anger and ram Polly's ship with his own. With the Doctor and Polly left clinging to the TARDIS exterior, floating on the Plasma Sea, Scarrr refused to help them, leading the Doctor to drag the TARDIS below the sea with Scarrr's ship attached. It was then eaten whole by Troutanicus.
After materialising inside Troutanicus' stomach, the Doctor collected his true prize - the Ankh of Ptah - from the Sunglider of Ra which Troutanicus had swallowed and offered to rescue Scarrr safely if he only said "please", which he reluctantly did.
