Scrofolus

Dr Scrofolus was employed on the Dollar Intergalactic project of terraforming Isen VI in the 25th century.
He was an aquatic creature and required an air-space suit filled with liquid. The suit was supplied with a mechanism allowing to spray this liquid, which Dr Scrofolus used to read markings on the alien ship.
When the pod of his Team 12 was caught in a sudden earthquake, the Twelfth Doctor saved the team by landing the TARDIS inside the pod.
Later Scrofolus helped the Doctor and Clara Oswald to defeat Rann-Korr. (COMIC: Terrorformer)
