In an alternate timeline, Sebastian Edge was the Chief Executive to the Minister of Tourism and Public Order. As part of his job, he had to arrange security for Director Helios' visit to Telecom Tower.
After Helios finished his speech, he threw Edge off the tower to his death. (PROSE: Prisoners of the Sun)
