The Widow Sebastine was a woman from Venn's village on Hoppiq Minor. Venn once played a prank on her, throwing blue eggs at her house. She reported him to the Magistrate, claiming that he'd instead thrown white eggs, a much more offensive act in their culture. This resulted in Venn being forced to serve "community service" in Miss Garglespike's vampire pub. (PROSE: The Bloodletters)
