Second Doctor's Time Ring

The Time Lords gave the Second Doctor a Time Ring to see that all of the victims of the War Lords were restored to their proper places in time and space. Unlike other Time Rings this one controlled from Gallifrey thanks to a technician and the Doctor only had to focus on a location while a temporal transference beam did the rest.
