Section 15 was a section of the Dalek City part of the city wall. It was tracked by vibrascopes and rangerscopes. At the onset of the Thal-Dalek battle, the First Doctor and Susan Foreman sabotaged a static electricity junction box and destroyed a videoscope in the section only to be captured by a group of Daleks and brought to the Master Room.
