Seers' Union

The Seers' Union was an organisation of certain Basprali women on the planet Baspral.
The Seers were revered on Baspral for their ability to predict the future. Even the government deferred to their actions and decisions.
One Seer, Galena, tried to prevent the coming conflict, the Great Cleansing, by drowning the boy who would grow up to lead the conflict. She was stopped by the Sixth Doctor. (PROSE: The Inquisitor's Story)
