Shaw was the clockwatchman for Isolation Station Forty.
When the Clock-People invaded, Shaw arranged with the defaulters to sell them the creatures' time altering 'infection'. He kidnapped the infected Bishop to do this. Ironically, he was shot and killed by a defaulter soldier. (PROSE: Anachrophobia)
