The Siege of Coyote Rock was a battle on the planet Vulpana during the Coyote Wars. When the Doctor visited Vulpana at some point by their seventh incarnation, they made a supply run during the Siege of Coyote Rock. Like the rest of the Coyote Wars, the Siege of Coyote Rock eventually was regarded as myth rather than history by Vulpanans of the future. (AUDIO: The Moons of Vulpana)
