Silas Cadwell was a crewman on the Adamantium.
He was a descendant of the people who originally defeated the Dark. He wanted to prevent its resurrection, but failed and was killed by the Dark.
Cadwell possessed an illegal weapon that fired specks of dwarf star alloy. (PROSE: Fear of the Dark)
