Sim Rowley was a farmer in Hob's Haven. Hadley wanted to use his farm to hold a music festival, where he would hypnotise the crowd and begin his takeover of the world. Rowley tried to get more money than originally agreed to for use of his property. Instead, Hadley made Rowley behead himself. (PROSE: Deadly Reunion)
