Simms (The Vanishing Ray)

Simms was a police officer working in the London area in 2065.
After some of Big George's men set off an alarm in the local police station by touching the gates while attempting to break-in to Creighton-Ward Manor, Simms was sent by a superior officer to investigate the occurence. The officer also radioed a prowl car to give him assistance. Thanks to the house's defences, the would-be thieves were already restrained when Simms and the others got there so they had an easy job arresting them. (COMIC: The Vanishing Ray)
Later, the county police investigated reports of gunfire on the road to the mansion and tried to track "a man" who was seen running from a wrecked car and into the surrounding woods. (COMIC: Eve of War)
