Simon was a disgruntled member of society who didn't like how people held up the world. He wondered if he could kill people who made his day worse. He was a therapist. He was a veteran. He was a bus driver. He explained his situation to Toshiko Sato. He got angry when a waiter ignored him in a restaurant. He motivated his group to protest a far right activist. He thought that his power was righteous anger, though Tosh thought it was hatred. He started to attack anyone who would slightly anger him, and Janet helped him do it. He accidentally killed his dog.
