Skaa

Skaa, or Ska, was an Ice Warrior who had travelled to Earth in search of conquest, led by Ice Lord Ixna. He landed on the South Pole near Snowcap Base and was frozen in the snow.
Several centuries later he was unfrozen due to the climate changing to become warmer.
He later took part in the attempted takeover of the Snowcap Base by freezing down planet Earth. He travelled to the UNIT Moonbase to monitor from there, but encountered the Third Doctor who attempted to convince him that his species' conquering days were long since past, and was convinced once he saw Ice Queen Iraxxa, who talked him down.
