Skanlar was an Ice Warrior who worked for the Galactic Federation. She assisted Ixmari for a year, a partnership which she enjoyed and regretted that it would come to an end when he retired.
She joined Ixmari on his last assignment to Peladon and awoke him from his hibernation when they approached the planet. She performed a search for King Peladon's signature, detecting that he was not in the Citadel of Peladon, and later went with Ixmari in search of him. Whilst Ixmari joined the King and Harfair, Skanlar was ordered to remain on the ship. (AUDIO: The Ordeal of Peladon)
