Doctor Slanisva was a member of the World Health Organization.
In August 2065, in reference to the thousand million pound bullion train destined for the Frankfurt Institute of Isotopic Research, Slanisva told TV 21's reporter that the isotopes were urgently needed in Texas, where the Venusian cattle disease Green Hoof was destroying the great beef herds of the Texas plains.
