Smarties were a type of sweet.

When the Eleventh Doctor was captured by the Progenitor Daleks and taken aboard their ship, he noticed an orange Dalek, noting that "orange ones always taste different" before realising he was referring to Smarties. - Despite the Doctor's lemon joke, Smarties were all chocolate flavoured except the orange coloured ones, which were orange flavoured. Smarties were a product of Nestlé.
