Smyslov 3 was a planet that was home to the friendliest locals in the galaxy, according to the Doctor.
It was supposed to be warm and sunny, but when the Eleventh Doctor arrived, it was overcast and cloudy.
The Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond arrived on Smyslov 3 to be greeted by a group of angry, horse-faced locals and an individual, Tanik. Tanik accused the Doctor of sabotaging his missiles and then leaving a short while ago. The Doctor and Amy left the planet before they were attacked, but noted they would have to return later to sabotage the missiles.
