Sokkery was a citizen of Generios 1 who was celebrating "the Doctor's" defeat of the Skeletoids who were threatening the planet. He liked Mel's ringlets. The Sixth Doctor and Mel met him again in front of the Great Hall trying to get in to see "the Doctor". (AUDIO: The One Doctor)
