Solan was a criminal kingpin on Sere.

Nathan li Shao obtained the Schirron Dream from Solan. He acquired the Elysium Eye when Marloon was evacuated. It was believed that possession of all the Eyes would control the System. When he and Sekor Dom Sloathe brought the Eyes they had to the Charon, it killed them since they were no longer useful, stopping Solan's heart and dropping a giant weight to crush Sekor Dom Sloathe.
