Soloman Nabarr

Chief Overseer Solomon Nabarr was a 22nd century African. He found the Valnaxi treasure trove in 2118 that was buried under Mount Tarsus. Nabarr was used as a template to try recreating the Valnaxi. (PROSE: The Art of Destruction)
