On [[23 October]], the [[Fifth Doctor]] found the contractors [[Samuel Morton Peto]] and [[Thomas Grissell]] had been possessed by [[Sevakrill]]. He appealed to their [[human]] selves to break free and spent the next two weeks disposing of a missile they had placed inside the column by lowering it into the ground.
