'''Prince Omar''' was the son of [[Black Guardian|Lord Cassim]]. He was concerned about his father, after his father hadn't payed his taxes for two years. He sent [[Amy (Key 2 Time)|Amy]] and [[Nisrin]] to spy on his father. Lord Cassim sent Omar to his death in order kill the [[White Guardian|Legate of the Caliph]], but was saved by the [[Fifth Doctor]].
