Honestly, I don't have a great answer for you. I don't think the normal disambig rules apply, because it's not really like a character that starts in one story and continues through several others. The appearances in ''Council'' and ''Shadowmind'' aren't terribly related. In truth we probably should hammer out some kind of policy on real life royalty, because we're not terribly consistent on that.
