I hate that my first contact with you must be to tell you that you're temporarily banned from new editing, but you've committed a bit of a no-no, I'm afraid. The title template shouldn't be used to change the apparent title away from the actual title. It's used mainly just to italicize certain words of the titles of pages, not to actually change the apparent title.
Also, you'll want to avoid phrases like "<person> is gay". I think most Americans would view that as hate speech, but because a gay writer, Russell T Davies, had Rose Tyler directly call the Ninth Doctor "gay", I guess this particular wiki can't really have policies against it.
But I do think it's uncool to use that phrase as an insult. So, although it's not against policy to say "The Doctor is gay", I'd ask you to keep that kinda talk on the down low.
Thanks, and I hope you come back to contribute more meaningfully tomorrow. <span style="">01:41: Fri 20 Jul 2012 </span> |
