Following their defeat at the [[Battle of Canary Wharf]], the [[Cult of Skaro]] traveled back to [[1930]] [[Manhattan]]. Using Mr [[Diagoras]] as their proxy, they began kidnapping humans as test subjects. The study of the Final Experiment was to see if a [[Dalek]] could bond with a [[human]] to create a [[human-Dalek]] hybrid.


 
It was headed by [[Dalek Sec]], who also served as the subject. Sec had developed a begrudging respect for humanity calling them the ultimate survivors. Dalek Sec hoped that by combining humans and Daleks, the Daleks would inherit humanity's inate talent for survival. He bonded with Mr Diagoras and through a "[[chromatid solution]]", the final outcome was the human-Dalek.
