Yeah, if you see what's called the "right skyscraper" or "right rail" creeping into the front page, that's a Wikia thing. We have no power locally to make anything like that happen, nor to fix it once it ''does'' happen. It means that the page has temporarily lost its "main page" flag, or that the skyscraper has lost its "don't put me on the front page" flag.
