This one was actually policy for a couple of years.  There ''was'' a [[Tardis:Image requests]]  until 2009, when [[user:Tangerineduel|Tangerineduel]] killed the page.  It was never really necessary as there was always [[Special:WantedFiles]].  That said, WantedFiles does require a user to have actually redlinked somwehere on the wiki.  It's not an ''exact'' replacement for the idea of the page GingerM created, which would've allowed users to describe in detail the kind of photo they wanted.  Hmmmmm.  Might bring this one back. {{user:CzechOut/Sig}}&nbsp;<span style="{{User:CzechOut/TimeFormat}}">'''01:55:56 Tue&nbsp;'''31 May 2011&nbsp;</span>
