'''Rory Arthur Williams''', (often called as '''Rory Pond''' by the Doctor) was [[Amy Pond]]'s husband. He became a companion of the [[Eleventh Doctor]] on the night before their wedding, but he died and was erased from history after being absorbed by the [[Time Field]]. Shortly before the Pandorica was opened, Rory reappeared, in a fashion, and was restored to normal after the second Big Bang. He went on to marry Amy and resumed travel with her and the Doctor. During this time, his child, [[River Song|Melody Pond]] (later known as River Song), was born. When the Doctor married River, Rory became his father-in-law. He died age 82 in 1988<ref>Rory was 31 in 2020 (as confirmed by him in Dinosaurs on a spaceship), and was sent back to 1938; he lived to be 82. This means he was 32 in 2021 and arrived in 1938 (where he and Amy were sent too) at the age of 32; he lives for another fifty years, dieing at the age of 82, so must have died in 1988 for him to be 82 years of age.</ref>, after being sent back in time by a [[Weeping Angel]] and was buried in New York with his wife.
