:: EDIT: AND, the weapons used by the clearly-of-Cybus-origin-men in Pandorica Opens used the same weapons as those of the 12th Cyber Legion; either originally developed by the Cybus Cybermen themselves, or by Torchwood/The Preachers in Pete's World.
