If I recall correctly, Julius doesn't actually appear in the ''The Angel's Kiss'' prequel, he's only mentioned. River never actually sees who is driving the getaway truck after the Angel is stolen, so it might or might not be him. I don't think he should be listed as having appeared in TAK (unless someone has a passage in which he physically cameos that I'm not remembering).
