Possible thing. Digby here would be what, in his fifties during the events of The Doctor, The Widow and The Wardrobe. (1892 to 1941 - 49 years.) And that episode's location (on the 1941 side) is an "Uncle Digby's" house. Second christmas special in a row, but only a coincidence? I think not. -AlexMcpherson ☎ 06:01, December 29, 2012 (UTC)

Named After "The Snowman"
I just want to clarify, did Moffat ever name "The Snowman" in an interview as the episode's namesake? Or is it just fan speculation based on the fact that the other two Moffat Christmas specials were obviously named after "A Christmas Carol," and "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," respectively?
