:::::: Inarguably, though, when [[Clara Oswin Oswald]] asked "Doctor Who?" in [[TV]]: ''[[The Snowmen (TV story)|The Snowmen]]'' it was a reference to the Question. The same for Barbara in [[COMIC]]: ''[[Hunters of the Burning Stone]]''. We shouldn't differentiate when "Doctor Who?" is or isn't the question based on the eras. We should basically just have a big section on this page about every time "Doctor Who?" was ever asked, even if the pages aren't merged.
