Having not watched [[The Invasion of Time]] in a while, I can't verify this, but I seem to recall the Transduction Barrier working similarly to the way davros hid the 27 planets in the Medusa Cascade. It put the Gallifrey system seven seconds out of phase from the rest of the universe, rendering it inaccessible unless one were piloting a TARDIS. Anyone got a copy handy to check? | |||
