::Shambala108, I found a transcript of the episode and it turns out that this is a 60 minute episode and BBCAmerica airs 45 minute episodes so there were A LOT of scenes cut out for U.S. viewing. In three examples, we see nothing of Adelaide's talk of her past (mentioning Daleks) that is mentioned in the storyline description. Also, we see the robot opening up the TARDIS and then the base exploding. We do not see the TARDIS appearing at the base and The Doctor and 3 crew members going into the TARDIS. Most importantly, there is also no discussion of "The Flood", a connection with Ice Warriors nor the final scenes that are described where the glacier breaks up and something comes out of it. | |||
