Re: "When describing the state of the neurons in the Doctor's brain, the Cyber-Planner says he has had 'ten rejects' in there." The iTunes closed captioning says "ten rejigs," a re-jig being a reconnection or overhaul of a system. That makes more sense (ten regenerations = ten overhauls) than "ten rejects."
