:: I'm a little busy with the Eccleston and the Tennant era right now to double-check, but I'm pretty sure ''Journey'' doesn't give a name for the room; it just namechecks the Eye. Regardless of if the well thing in the TV movie, or at least a later retcons, say that that version of the room's a connection to Gallifrey, ''Journey'' can't be. Not even with "it exists at every time in space including before Gallifrey's destruction" rationale.
