| The infobox picture at [[Tenth Doctor]] was arrived at after [[Talk:Tenth_Doctor/Archive_2#Main_Image|literally weeks of discussion]]. It may not be removed without another community discussion. Since it is now after 11 December 2012, a new discussion may be '''started''', but you cannot just swap pictures without first taking it to the community and starting a discussion at [[Talk:Tenth Doctor]]. This means that the picture cannot be swapped out until an admin closes whatever new discussion may arise.
