The episode (and all official coverage related to the episode) clearly establishes that Billie Piper does not play Rose Tyler - she is playing a new character, The Moment, who only takes the form of Rose/Bad Wolf. Yet the closing credits contain an error as Billie Piper is credited as Rose. This should be added.
