When was it stated that they shaped every episode of the matt smith era,there were many episodes like Amy's choice,Vincent mad the doctor,hungry earth,a Christmas carol,asylum of the daleks,dinosaurs on a spaceship,the girl who waited,angels take manhatten and the rest of series 7 part two except the finale which had nothing to do with the silence whatsoever,no cracks,no kovarian.so how could they have shaped the matt smith era?
