I removed a line that was added to the comment about the TARDIS unlocking the doors for Clara. It's said that she's done this before and then cites Doctor's Wife. Aside from the fact Clara isn't in The Doctor's Wife, I know of no scene in that episode where she unlocks herself for anyone. The TARDIS appears to lock herself, but that's due to the Doctor remotely locking the door, and then House by that time has taken over the TARDIS and keeps it locked. There is no scene in which the TARDIS unlocks herself. It's possible this happens in another episode but I can't call any to mind that occur prior to Hide.
