:: It's now been a year since the template has been put up. Clearly there is no serious attempt at consensus on this one way or the other. For that reason I'm going to take the delete template down. It has now been more than ''half a decade'' (indeed, the entire Matt Smith era has elapsed) since deletion was first proposed, and nothing has happened. I think under any reasonable criteria that indicates "keep by default."
