'''Qar''' was the leader of an [[Unnamed planet (The Word of Asiries)|unnamed planet]]. She wanted to massacre the [[Tryod]]s which were living on mineral-rich lands, and sought permission from the [[Raymah]] for this. Her servants [[Zvar]] and [[Zu]] mistook the [[Second Doctor]] for the Raymah's representative and brought him to her. The Doctor, learning of her plans, told her that permission for the massacre had been denied. When she received news of the real representative's arrival, she had Zvar take him away, officially back to his ship so he would leave and never return, but in actuality to arrange his death at the hands of the Tryods.
