			: No, Dan Starkey played several different Sontaran characters before ''A Good Man Goes to War'' (along with Commander [[Skarr]] in ''The Time of the Doctor''), similar to how Neve McIntosh played the Silurians [[Alaya]] and [[Restac]] in ''The Hungry Earth'' and ''Cold Blood'' before being cast as Madame [[Vastra]]. Strax is also native to the year [[4037]] (and presumably would have been born around 4025), over 2000 years after ''The Sontaran Stratagem'' is set.
