The mysterious '''David R''' took over the [[Defending the Earth!]] website after [[Mickey Smith]]  stayed in [[Pete's World]]. He replaced the missions with games and added a quiz to test the readers of the website about what he, Mickey, [[Clive Finch]], [[LINDA]] and other groups who knew of [[the Doctor]] had been researching over the last few years.
He was watching the show while [[Suzy Monroe]] was filming for it. He wrote an SMS to the show, saying that people shouldn't trust the ghosts. He made a typo in his message, writing gohsts instead of ghosts. ([[WC]]: ''[[Ghostwatch (video game)|Ghostwatch]]'')
