Or it could be that the boshane peninsula is in a similar geographical position in its planet as america is on earth. (I apologise for wording this sentence badly) | |||
Remember, the doctor has a northern accent because 'lots of planets have a north' (Dw 10: the end of the world) so mabye Jack has an american accent because the boeshane peninsula is also in the west of whatever planet it comes from? | |||
