The Eleven does not appear in ''The Eighth Piece'', ''The Doomsday Chronometer'', or ''The Crucible of Souls''. The trouble is the Eight and the Nine do. While the one page for all the incarnations works with most Time Lords, I don't think it does for the Eleven because "the Eleven" is just this Time Lord's eleventh incarnation. In no way does John Heffernan play the Eleven, he plays the Nine, someone who is three personalities away from being the Eleven.
