Companions (or a Tardis editor who can't close quotation marks properly) is wrong. As far as I'm aware, the Doctor, Gita and Chrissie are the only ones in SJA who DON'T call her Sarah Jane. Also irrelevant to a spelling section.
(The Eye of Horus keeping Sutekh locked up is on Mars (where it takes two minutes after it broke for the radio transmission to stop keeping Sutekh immobile). Sutekh is in Egypt.)

Taken from the reference book, Companions: Fifty Years of Doctor Who Assistants (written by Andy Frankham-Allen and published by Candy Jar Books in June 2013)...
"It is important to note from the outset that, certainly according to her, her first name is 'Sarah' and not 'Sarah Jane'. The only time she is seen to use 'Jane' is when introducing herself as 'Sarah Jane Smith'. However, her family seem to call her 'Sarah Jane', including her Aunt Lavinia. (TV: A Girl's Best Friend) and her parents. (TV: The Temptation of Sarah Jane Smith) The Doctor, occasionally, refers to her as 'Sarah Jane', a term of affection from him (used, most notably, moments before he 'dies' in his lab). Once her time with the Doctor comes to an end, Sarah takes to calling herself 'Sarah Jane' again, and doesn't allow anyone, except the Doctor, to call her 'Sarah'.
